A re-interpretation of the exotic event observed in the cosmic ray at Yunnan Cosmic Ray Station
【摘要】：正 The exotic event observed in 1972 at Yunan Cosmic Ray Station (YCRS) has been re-interpreted as a collision between a high energy heavy particle with a nucleon. with three charged particles identified as the final products. If no other missing neutral particles were produced in this collision, then one of the three particles C- could be assigned with mass Mcd45 GeV. and life-time . If C- is unstable it can decay via weak interaction to C0 and a pair of lepions. the mass difference between C- and C is estimated as less than 0.270GeV The relevance of this event to the dark matter problem in the Universe is also discussed.
