| | | | | 外伤性下泪点外翻的手术治疗 | | | 孙英;计菁;罗敏 | | | 目的分析外伤性下泪点外翻的原因和手术治疗的方法。方法对1996年3月—2004年5月54例外伤性下泪点外翻患者均采用手术提高下睑张力,局部皮瓣或游离植皮修复组织缺损。结果54人术后外观均明显改善,除15人下泪小管断裂阻塞外其余病例流泪症状均有不同程度改善,但有6人术后仍有轻度睑球分离,再从睑结膜面行睑板-结膜梭形切除术后效果良好。结论提高急诊处理技巧,分层细致缝合,减少组织缺损,从而减少外伤性下泪点外翻的发生;提高下睑张力,修复组织缺损,是矫正外伤性下泪点外翻的关键。
