| | | | | 消银软膏外用治疗银屑病血热证33例临床观察 | | | 颜志芳;宋坪;刘瓦利 | | | 目的评价消银软膏治疗银屑病血热证的临床疗效及其安全性,并进一步研究该药物对银屑病皮损单项症状(红斑、鳞屑、浸润、瘙痒及皮损面积)的作用。方法99例入组患者采用区组随机、对照的方法分为3组,分别采用消银软膏、湿毒软膏、凡士林软膏治疗8周,3组患者均以我院协定处方克银一方口服作为基础治疗,疗程结束后客观评价总体疗效,皮损症状疗效、并评定时效指标及其安全性。结果消银软膏治疗银屑病血热证的总有效率(93.9%)明显优于对照组(78.8%)(P<0.05)。而在改善皮损单项症状方面,消银软膏消除鳞屑、降低浸润作用强于湿毒软膏;消银软膏减轻红斑的作用较湿毒软膏起效快。未发现消银软膏对皮肤有刺激性及其他不良反应。结论消银软膏可以有效改善银屑病血热证的皮损症状,复发率低,且无明显的毒副反应。

Methods The 99 selected patients were randomized into 3 groups and were treated by Xiaoyin Ointment,Shidu (Damp and toxin removal) Ointment,and Vaseline Ointment respectively for 8 weeks. All patients of 3 groups took the Keyin Yifang (First prescription for psoriasis) as the basic medication. After treatment,the general effect and the effect on skin lesion were evaluated objectively,and the time-effect indices and the safety were assessed as well. Results The total effective rate(93.9%) of Xiaoyin Ointment on blood-heat syndrome was significantly superior to that of Shidu Ointment (78.8%,P<0.05). As to the improvement of single symptoms,the function of Xiaoyin Ointment was stronger in removing scales and decreasing infiltration and quicker in relieving erythema than that of Shidu Ointment. There was no stimulation for skin and other untoward reactions discovered in application of Xiaoyin Ointment. Conclusion Xiaoyin Ointment can effectively improve the skin lesion of blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis,with low relapse rate and no obvious untoward reactions.
