| | | | | 和谐社会的共建共享原则及其实现途径 | | | 严国萍 | | | 共同建设、共同享有,是构建和谐社会的重大原则。针对民众对改革开放成果的分享度差、贫富差距日益扩大等问题,必须构建社会政策体系,加快推进以改善民生为重点的社会建设;必须改善现有的经济结构,大力建设民生经济;必须改革政府管理体制,建设服务型政府,形成公民、市场、公民社会与政府建设和谐社会的合力。无论是共建中共享,还是共享中共建,法治都是最为重要的制度保障。
