| | | | | 农村公共服务社会化的模式构建与策略探讨 | | | 史传林 | | | 本文根据治理理论和公共产品理论以及我国农村的现实情况,把农村公共服务社会化供给划分为三种模式,即参与型模式、合作型模式和社会化主体主导型模式,并重点分析了各种模式的具体特点和形式,在此基础上从农村公共服务社会化过程中的政府责任定位、社会化主体的公共服务能力提升和尊重农村居民对公共服务供给的选择权和评价权等方面提出了农村公共服务社会化的应对策略。
