| | | | | 实施绩效管理 助推县域跨越发展——江苏省灌南县绩效管理工作尝试 | | | 吴立生 | | | 为了进一步推进县域各项事业的跨越发展,连云港市灌南县在成功运用目标管理推进各项工作的基础上,2008年在全县推行勤政、优政、廉政的"三政"绩效管理,核心模式是"1611",即一个"三政"绩效计划;反映单位年度季度月度的目标任务和完成情况的六种考评表;一本记录全县副科级以上干部全面工作的《三政绩效考核记录簿》和每一个单位的内部绩效评估制度,配套建立了行政问责制、半年述职制和社会评议制等制度,构建起适合地方实际的绩效管理工作模式。
