| | | | | 糖尿病早期肾病患者超敏C反应蛋白与尿α_1-微球蛋白的检测分析 | | | 刘书明 | | | 目的:探讨尿α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)和血超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)对诊断糖尿病早期肾损伤的应用价值。方法:采用免疫比浊法对50例糖尿病肾病患者的血清Hs-CRP和尿α1-MG进行了检测,与正常对照组做了比较分析。结果:糖尿病组α1-MG和Hs-CRP明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且联合检测异常检出率达92%,明显高于单项检测。结论:Hs-CRP和尿α1-MG是诊断2型糖尿病早期肾损伤的敏感指标,两指标联合使用可提高糖尿病肾病(DN)的阳性检出率。
