| | | | | 黔东南州2006/2007年麻疹疑似病例IgM抗体检测结果分析 | | | 王芳;唐德亮;罗江淑;唐珍;刘静;田甜 | | | 目的:分析黔东南州实施麻疹疫苗(MV)强化免疫后麻疹疑似病例早期IgM抗体检测情况,为进一步控制和消除麻疹提供参考。方法:对全州十六县(市)送检的每一例麻疹疑似病例早期血液标本进行检测。结果:2007年麻疹IgM抗体检测阳性率高于2006年,两者差异有显著性,2007年显著升高,2岁及以下年龄组检出率最高,6岁组也有较高的检出率,说明强化免疫后免疫空白人群或易感人群的积累,发病率上升。有免疫史者仍有发病,说明除疫苗的保护率因素外,还存在免疫接种质量不高等问题。结论:强化免疫后麻疹发病率较低,病例呈散在性分布,发病高峰仍为冬春季节,标本采集时差与检出阳性比较,显示发病早期检出率较高。只有进一步加强常规免疫服务质量、提高接种率,才能保证逐步降低麻疹发病率,直至消除麻疹。
