| | | | | Ⅱ型糖尿病患者单核细胞表面CD36表达和单核细胞-血小板聚集的临床研究 | | | 李奕萍;秦光明 | | | 目的:探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病有无血管病变、患者外周血单核细胞CD36表达和单核细胞-血小板聚集的临床意义。方法:采用流式细胞仪,测定56例糖尿病伴血管病变患者及53例无血管病变患者外周血单核细胞表面CD36平均荧光强度和单核细胞-血小板聚集的百分率,并与56例健康对照组比较。结果:糖尿病伴血管病变患者外周血单核细胞CD36平均荧光强度和单核细胞-血小板聚集的百分率均明显高于无血管病变组和健康对照组(P<0.01);且伴血管病变组外周血单核细胞CD36平均荧光强度与单核细胞-血小板聚集的百分率具有显著的正相关性(r=0.582,P<0.01)。结论:糖尿病患者长期慢性高血糖产生糖基化产物(Advanced Glycation End-product,AGE),可能会促使CD36表达增加,进一步触发单核细胞-血小板聚集体增加,从而加速动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展。 【作者单位】:浙江省淳安县第一人民医院检验科 浙江淳安311700(李奕萍);浙江大学附属第二医院检验科 杭州310009(秦光明) 【关键词】:糖尿病血管病/病因学;CD36;单核细胞-血小板聚集 【分类号】:R587.1 【DOI】:CNKI:SUN:ZWJZ.0.2008-05-043 【正文快照】: 糖尿病(DM)患者易发生各种血管病变,这是糖尿病患者致残、致死的主要原因。引起糖尿病血管病变的原因很多,慢性高血糖是其中之一,但其发生机制不明;而其糖基化终末产物AGEs是CD36的配体[1]。CD36存在于单核细胞、血小板等细胞表面,它既是粘附分子,又是清道夫受体,参与包括动脉 | | |
