| | | | | 辽宁省首次从病人血清中分离出肾综合征出血热病毒及鉴定 | | | 刘芸;姚文清;郭军巧;程胤凯;翁景清;陈丹;孙佰红;秦彩明 | | | 目的:从临床确诊的肾综合征出血热(HFRS)患者血清中分离出汉坦病毒(HV),并对分离到的病毒进行分型鉴定,填补了辽宁省从人体血液中分离HFRS病毒的空白。方法:采集发病在一周内临床确诊为EHF患者的血液(急性期血)直接用VERO-E6细胞分离病毒,并用间接免疫荧光(IFAT)及RT-PCR方法对分离到的毒株进行确定和分型鉴定。结果:从2005年至2006年度全省共收集符合做病毒分离的急性期血液样本40份,其中随机选择20份样本先接种长爪沙鼠,另外20份采用VERO-E6细胞直接分离。从接种动物肺脏中未分离出病毒,直接细胞分离分出病毒株1株。结论:对于急性期病人血分离肾综合征出血热病毒采用细胞分离比动物分离的方法似乎更安全、更经济且有利于提高分离率。
