| | | | | ICU机械通气患者纤维支气管镜应用观察 | | | 陶艳红;周仲志 | | | 目的探讨ICU机械通气肺不张患者纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)检查和肺灌洗治疗的有效性和安全性。方法总结70例ICU机械通气肺不张行纤支镜检查和肺灌洗治疗患者的病历资料。结果70例共80次纤支镜检查和肺灌洗治疗,完全有效40.0%,有效40.0%,部分有效14.2%,无效5.7%,总有效率94.23%。PaO2由治疗前(53±6)mm Hg升至治疗后(89±9)mm Hg,无并发症。结论ICU机械通气肺不张患者纤支镜检查和肺灌洗治疗有效、安全。
