| | | | | 澳门社区老年高血压患者健康促进生活方式的调查分析 | | | 邝惠容;黄洁贞;李海英;陈祖雯;梁慕洁;伍安丽;刘艾佳;黄家驹;黄回 | | | 目的本研究旨在调查澳门社区老年高血压患者的健康生活方式,探讨其背景数据与健康生活方式之间的相关性。方法以方便抽样的方式对澳门社区10家老人日间活动中心的119名老年高血压患者进行调查。结果119名患者的健康生活方式得分为73～181(128.34+20.26)分。61.3%的患者生活方式不健康。男性(χ2=0.760,P=0.045)或年龄较大的患者(t=2.103,P=0.038)生活方式不健康更明显。结论为了协助老年高血压患者在药物治疗的全程中配合健康的生活方式,我们建议在日后研究中找出影响他们健康生活方式的其他因素,为他们设计有论据支持的健康活动,以改善他们的生活方式。

Methods One hundred and nineteen patients were conveniently recruited from 10 community centres for the elderly in Macau. The researcher used the questionnaire to conduct face-to-face interview with each Patient for data collection. Results The patients' health-promoting lifestyle scores ranged between 73 and 181. Out of 119 patients, 61.3% had unhealthy lifestyle. More male patients(70%) had unhealthy lifestyle than female patients (59.6%) (χ2=0.760,P=0.045) and the patients with advanced age were more likely to have unhealthy lifestyle (t=2.103,P=0.038). Conclusions In order to control blood pressure of Macau elderly people in the community more effectively,we need to further explore critical factors affecting their health-promoting lifestyle for designing evidence-based health interventions.
