| | | | | 眶-颧-上颌骨骨折的诊断与治疗:32例临床分析 | | | 程业忠;李祖兵;姚声;蔡贤忠;丁小勇 | | | 目的:分析眶、颧、上颌骨骨折的诊断与治疗特点。方法:收集2000年1月—2007年7月期间因眶、颧、上颌骨骨折住院的患者32例,分析手术前、后患者的临床表现,研究三维重建CT在该类骨折诊断中的作用,分析眶、颧、上颌骨骨折的临床治疗方法与特点。结果:所有32例患者在三维重建CT中均有直观立体的表现;均采用头皮冠状切口或半冠状切口进行手术治疗;手术后均恢复了良好的咬合关系及开口度;面部外形、视力及鼻腔通气均有明显改善。结论:三维重建CT在诊断眶、颧、上颌骨骨折中具有重要的临床参考意义。可以采用手术方法治疗该类骨折并可获得良好的手术效果,头皮冠状切口或半冠状切口开放复位内固定是合适的手术选择。

Wuhan 430079;Hubei Province;China) | | | PURPOSE: To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of orbital zygomatic maxillary fracture. METHODS: 32 patients suffering from orbital zygomatic maxillary fractures from Jan. 2000 to Jul. 2007 were collected. The clinical characteristics pre- and post-operation were investigated. The value of three-dimensional CT in the diagnosis and treatment of this type of fracture was evaluated, and the diagnosis and treatment of orbital zygomatic maxillary fracture was elucidated. RESULTS: 32 patients diagnosed clearly by three-dimensional CT were treated by surgery. Hemicoronal or coronal incision was adopted for surgery. All patients achieved good occlusion and mouth opening width. The facial aesthetics and nasal airway were improved. CONCLUSIONS: Three-dimensional CT is of great value in the diagnosis of orbital zygomatic maxillary fracture. Surgery is a good treatment option for this kind of fracture. Hemicoronal or coronal incision is the appropriate approach for surgery.
