| | | | | 脂联素与足背动脉内膜中膜厚度 | | | 王中心;陈涛 | | | 目的探讨人血清脂联素与2型糖尿病动脉粥样硬化病变程度的关系。方法收集正常人(NC组)33例、2型糖尿病非动脉粥样硬化患者(NAS组)61例、2型糖尿病动脉粥样硬化患者(AS组)66例的临床资料,分别以彩色多普勒超声测定其足背动脉血管内膜中膜厚度(IMT),采集其静脉血测定其血清脂联素及各代谢指标。结果1)IMT在AS组显著高于NC组及NAS组(P值均<0.01)。血清脂联素在AS组显著低于NAS组及NC组(P值均<0.01),进行协方差分析后,其修正均数值AS组显著低于NAS组和NC组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)多元逐步回归表明,三酰甘油、体质量指数、IMT、收缩压、餐后血糖、尿酸分别为血清脂联素的独立相关因素,表现为负性相关影响。结论血管IMT作为动脉粥样硬化的良好客观指标,其与脂联素具有明显的负相关。 【作者单位】:福建医科大学附属第一医院内四科 福建福州350005 【关键词】:脂联素;内膜中膜厚度;2型糖尿病;动脉粥样硬化 【分类号】:R587.2 【DOI】:CNKI:SUN:ZGGZ.0.2007-12-015 【正文快照】: 2型糖尿病是严重危害人民健康的慢性疾病,而其死亡率中动脉粥样硬化约占80%,累及的血管常见的有冠状动脉、脑动脉、肾动脉,下肢动脉等,在糖尿病的病程进展中直接影响糖尿病病人的预后和生存。动脉内膜中膜厚度(inti mal medial thickness,I MT)增加是动脉粥样硬化病理过程中的早期标志[1]。早期发现动脉粥样硬化,积极控制其发展是糖尿病治疗的重要措施。脂联素是脂肪组织作为内分泌器官表达和分泌的特异性蛋白,其被认为是最重要的脂肪细胞因子,具有抗动脉粥样硬化、抗高血糖及抗炎症等作用,它在能量代谢、血脂代谢和动脉粥样硬化形成过程… | | | 推荐 CAJ下载 PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式,AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | Adiponectin and Intima Media Thickness of Dorsalis Pedis Artery | | | WANG Zhong-xin;CHEN Tao.The First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University;Fuzhou Fujian 350005;China | | | Objective To investigate whether the serum adiponectin is related to the atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetes.Methods Thirty three normal control subjects(NC group),66 type 2 diabetes subjects without atherosclerosis(NAS group),and 66 type 2 diabetes subjects with atherosclerosis(AS group) were recruited.The intima media thickness(IMT) of dorsalis pedis artery were measured using B-mode Doppler ultrasonography.Serum adiponectin and other gluco-lipid metabolic indices were determined.Results 1)Compared with NC group and NAS group,the IMT value in AS patients were significantly increased(P<0.01 respectively),associated with lower serum adiponectin(P<0.01,respectively).After the analysis of covariance,the adjusted adiponectin value in AS group remained lower than that in NAS group and NC group(P<0.05).2)Multiple regression analysis showed that TG,BMI,SBP,PPG,UA were the main independent negative risk factors influencing serum adiponectin concentration.Conclusion As an objective index of atherosclerosis,IMT was obvious negatively associated with serum adiponectin. 【Keyword】:Adiponectin;Intima media thickness;Type 2 diabetes;Atherosclerosis |
