| | | | | 文化观念与翻译标准——中国传统文化语境中的译学标准研究 | | | 李特夫 | | | 随着翻译学科的建立和发展,译学研究呈现出"向文化回归"趋势。文化是一柄"双刃剑",在译学标准的提出与演变过程中,不仅表现出其积极的一面,而且表现出它的局限性。本文试图提出一种基于中国传统文化研究之上的译学标准研究方式,进而从传统思维方式、价值取向、语言观三个方面,就传统文化对国内译学标准的影响进行了细致分析,并对蕴含于纷繁复杂具体标准中的"文化共性"进行了探究。[作者简介]李特夫(1969—),男,汉族,广东茂名学院英语系讲师,硕士学位,研究方向:翻译理论及实践。

Culture is a sword with double blades, which, in the course of formulation and evolution of translation criteria, reflects not only its positive significance but also its limitations. This paper attempts to offer a paradigm for basing Chinese translation criteria studies on approaches to the Chinese traditional culture. Then, the influence of traditional cultural concepts upon Chinese translation criteria, as viewed from the way of thinking, value orientation and language, is carefully analyzed. And meanwhile, the"cultural universals", embedded in various specific criteria, are also explored.
