| | | | | 大学自由、学术评价和教师聘任晋升制度改革 | | | 刘业进 | | | 中国社会转型已历经近20年,但高等教育仍然适用着计划经济时代的制度遗产。高等教育改革呼声渐高,20世纪90年代以来国内部分大学在教师聘用、晋升和淘汰制度、后勤和行政管理制度上进行了改革探索,由此也引发了教育改革大讨论。改革的关键在于还大学以自由,以学术本位替代行政本位。有关大学改革合法性;行政本位还是学术本位;大学人文理念;终身教职制度;学术评价机制;学术近亲繁殖;学科末位淘汰与团体激励等问题讨论的深入有利于我国下一步深化大学治理改革。

Some universities have tried on reforming faculty engagement, faculty promotion, and administrative services, etc. These reforms ignited many discussions such as the legitimacy of university reform, management based on power of academic or power of administrative service, the humanity ideas of university, the tenure-track system, the academic review system, "academic incest", phasing out the last discipline and team incentive and so on. The most important is the freedom of the university.
