| | | | | 机制创新与农村加快发展 | | | 林兴初 | | | 改革开放以来,中国农村发展快、变化大,但也困难重重,问题较多,既有表面的,也有深层次的。特别是在当前社会转型期间,中国农村发展更是遇到了一些亟待解决的深层次矛盾和瓶颈问题。目前,中国是世界上"农村病"较重的国家,主要是由于建国后非均衡、割裂型的发展战略引起的,具有深刻的历史成因和特殊性。当下"三农"问题困境的显现,其实质就是农村工作的体制性、机制性障碍所致。因此,从机制创新入手来分析和解决中国农村发展中存在的突出问题和矛盾将具有重要意义。
