| | | | | 有效教学研究及其对外语教学的启示 | | | 李航 | | | 有效教学是符合客观教学规律的教学,是有效果、有效益、有效率的教学;教师素质的高低决定教学有效与否。有关有效教学的研究成果给大学外语教学提供了很好的启示:大学外语教学应该着眼于社会,以高效率满足社会对外语的实际需求为导向,否则便是低效、甚至无效教学。为此,有必要更新教师的教学理念,改善其知识结构,培养其教学效能感,增强其教学反思能力,从而提高其执教水平。
