| | | | | 教材、学材、用材、研材——教师专业发展的宝贵资源 | | | 夏纪梅 | | | 本文围绕教师与教材的关系,比较全面深入地阐述教材作为教师学习、研究和应用实践的资源对教师专业发展的意义,着重强调教师如何对教材的资源性、功能性以及研究性价值的利用方法。作者认为,教材是教师的手中之宝,教师要善于"掏宝",不但把它当做教学用材,更重要的是把它用成学生的学材,当成自己发展和研究的用材。教材本身是有限的,但教师对教材的个性化使用、工具价值性使用、开发性使用、创造性使用、研究性使用则有无限的空间和价值。
