| | | | | 同济大学ESP教学情况调查 | | | 王蓓蕾 | | | 自 70年代晚期 ,我国的许多大学相继开设ESP(专门用途英语 )课程。 1999年版的《大学英语教学大纲》更提出了培养ESP学生综合技能的要求。本文以同济大学为调查对象 ,主要通过问卷和访谈的形式来了解非语言类专业的ESP教学现状 ,找出现存的问题 ,并试图挖掘问题产生的根源以及提出相应的建议。

一、什么是ESP作为英语语言教学(ELT)的一个分支,ESP(EnglishforSpecificPurposes ,专门用途英语)的发展历经了语域分析、修辞或语篇分析、目标情景分析、语言技能与学习策略分析和以学习为中心五个阶段(Hutchinson&Waters 1987:9- 14 )。前四个阶段的共同特点是探讨语言的运用,其中前三个阶段探讨语言的表层结构特点,第四个阶段探讨使用语言的过程。第五个阶段是把对语言的运用和语言的学习有机结合起来,既注意社会对外语人才的知识和技能的要求,又注意学生的学习要求。ESP的定义也在不断演变和充实。较有影响的主要有三种:Streven… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | An exploration of the ESP orientation in Tongji University | | | Wang Beilei | | | In China, ESP courses have been offered in many universities since the late 1970s and are required in the College English Syllabus.
