| | | | | 改革大学英语测试内容,提高学生英语口语水平——复旦大学大学英语教学改革报告 | | | 邱东林,季佩英 | | | 随着我国加入WTO和改革开放的不断深入 ,社会对大学毕业生的外语素质的要求也不断提高。为了适应新形势的要求 ,我们对我校大学英语教学进行了改革 ,提出了新的教学目标 ,即在打好语言基础的同时 ,培养学生英语听说读写的综合应用能力。我们首先对 2 0 0 2级学生的英语口语水平进行了调查 ,在这基础上提出在加强课堂口语教学的同时 ,改革考试内容 ,逐步增加分值 ,不断提高学生的英语口语水平。

一、2 0 0 2级学生英语口语情况的调查对我国非英语专业的大学生的英语口语现状,多数学者认为他们的英语口语水平普遍较低。我们对2 0 0 2级学生的英语口语情况进行调查,目的在于了解真实情况,以便采取相应对策,从而帮助学生提高英语口语水平。我校2 0 0 2年本科生新生人数为36 43人,进校的第一周,所有新生(不包括外文系、文科和理科基地班)参加了大学英语分级考试。考试内容包括听力、阅读、词汇和结构,考试时间为1 0 0分钟。根据考试成绩,学生分成三档,分别进入大学英语I、II、III学习。学习大学英语I的学生共有1 751人,学习大学英语I… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | Reforming the content of college English test to improve students' spoken English | | | Qiu Donglin & Ji Peiying | | | With China's entry into WTO, our society needs more and more college graduates who have a good command of English. To meet the need of the new situation, we have reformed college English teaching at Fudan University and put forward a new teaching aim. That is: while helping students lay solid foundation of language, we should cultivate students' abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing, hence, improving their English competence. Having conducted a survey of students' spoken English, who entered our university in September, 2002, we conclude that on the basis of strengthening classroom teaching of spoken English, we can enhance students' spoken English by reforming examination content and gradually increasing the percentage of spoken English in students' final grades.
