| | | | | 劳动之本质特征的认识论新探 | | | 朱其永;刘冠军 | | | 从哲学认识论层面来看,劳动的本质特征主要体现在它自身所蕴涵的矛盾属性及其辩证统一。首先,劳动具有合目的性和合规律性双重特征,是主体性活动与物质性活动的统一;其次,劳动具有自然性与社会性双重特征,是物质劳动与非物质劳动的统一;再次,劳动具有系统性和动态性的双重特征,是劳动系统和劳动过程的统一;最后,劳动具有继承性与创造性的双重特征,是重复劳动和创新劳动的统一。劳动的这四对矛盾特征及其辩证统一,在不同的维度上展示着劳动的本质之所在。
