| | | | | 中小城市发展循环经济的规划探索 | | | 刘秀红 | | | 循环经济对解决我国目前经济增长与环境资源之间的矛盾的有效性和可行性,已得到了学术界的普遍认可,并且我国政府也十分重视其发展。为了实现城市的可持续地和谐发展,我国为数众多的中小城市应该发展循环经济。中小城市应以政府为主要推动力,首先根据城市现有产业结构、资源条件、基础设施情况等确定推行循环经济的重点,再分别对循环经济的具体实施内容,如废弃物的管理、三大产业等进行科学规划。
