| | | | | 农村公共物品供给制度的演进与制度创新 | | | 楚永生 | | | 中国农村公共物品供给制度演进可大致划分为萌芽、过渡、形成和延续四个时期,运用历史的分析方法,对不同时期农村公共物品供给主体、供给模式、供给特点等进行分析,可以发现中国农村公共物品的供给制度与农村基层政权治理模式具有直接相关性。同时,现行农村公共物品供给制度是传统计划经济条件下制度的延续,其缺陷表现在:制度内供给不足、制度外供给主体缺失、供给与需求脱节等矛盾。据此,提出了对现行农村公共物品供给制度进行创新的对策建议。

Analyzed by supply main body, pattern and specialty of the supply system in the countryside, we find that the supply system of public goods and the father mode of the grass roots regime in the countryside are correlative, and that the supply system limitations have the supply lack of system inside, the main body absence of system outside and the disjoint of supply and demand. Therefore, we have brought forward the innovation of the supply system of the countryside public goods in China.
