| | | | | 冷战后社会党民主社会主义的发展演变 | | | 向文华 | | | 冷战以后世界各主要地区社会党民主社会主义的发展呈现出不平衡性。西欧地区的传统社会党摆脱了冷战结束时的尴尬与困境,到2 0世纪90年代中期力量全面回升,但是进入2 1世纪,有些社会党丧失了执政地位;社会党重新面临挑战。中东欧地区的社会党尤其是由共产党改建的社会党成为本地区的主要执政党和参政党,其执政优势明显。俄罗斯社会民主党经历了一个从分散到统一的过程,对本国政治生活影响有限。拉丁美洲地区民主社会主义好坏参半,有些社会党受到新自由主义思潮的冲击而下台。大洋洲和亚洲地区民主社会主义运动总体上呈下降趋势,特别是亚洲两大传统社会党———日本社会党和马来西亚民主行动党面临着被边缘化的危险

The traditional SDPs in the western Europe have gotten off the embarrassments and difficulties on the end of the cold war. In the middle of 1990s,The SDPs have been in the power, but in the first of 21st century some SDPs have been off the power; The SDPs have again in the face of challenges. The SDPs in the middle and ears ten Europe ,especially the SDPs constructed from the communism parties, have been the main parties in the power and among the united government, having the apparent advantages in the power. Russian SDP has experienced a process from the split to the union and has limited effect on the domestic politics. Latin American SDPs not only have been in the power but also been off the power. Some SDPs have lost the power due to the attract by the Newly liberalism.
