In the early 20 years of this century, the science and technology is in progress and there is a clash between globalization and partial civilization. Under such conditions, our country can make better use of resources home and abroad in a relatively long time by the means of deepening reformation and regulation of the external relationship. Not only will we utilize the favorable circumstance, but also will we make the continuation and innovation of it, achieving the comprehensive development of social economy and the great revival of our Chinese nation.
