| | | | | 冠心病患者血浆中CNP、ET、NO水平变化的临床研究 | | | 李振乾;赵安成 | | | 目的:检测老年男性冠心病患者血浆C型利钠肽(CNP)、内皮素(ET)和血清一氧化氮(NO)的含量变化,探讨其临床意义。方法:冠心病组男性31例,正常对照组男性30例,采用RIA测定血浆CNP和ET,镉还原法测定血清NO。结果:冠心病组血浆CNP、ET含量均明显高于正常对照组(分别为P<0.01,P<0.05),血清NO含量明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:血中CNP、ET和NO参与了冠心病的发生发展过程,检测其含量变化对于患者病情观察、预后判断具有重要意义。
