| | | | | 我国现阶段失业的经济影响及促进就业的政策选择 | | | 王云飞 | | | 我国失业问题的成因错综复杂,从一般意义上看,失业是市场经济运行的必然产物,这是失业产生的基本原因;同时,我国经济和社会发展处于特殊时期,劳动年龄人口快速增长、体制改革、产业结构问题、经济周期性波动以及农村剩余劳动力的转移等多方面因素交织在一起,导致我国失业人口膨胀,失业问题严重。解决我国失业问题必须从多角度着眼,从扩大就业需求、健全劳动力市场、疏通就业渠道、加大人力资本投资力度、健全和落实社会保障体系、实现农村剩余劳动力多元化转移几方面入手,采取综合措施,平衡劳动力供求关系。
