| | | | | 论我国近代法律翻译的几个时期 | | | 屈文生;石伟 | | | 本文从翻译史的角度,就鸦片战争至五四运动这一历史时期,对我国西方法律、法学的译介进行了梳理和介绍,并在各学者研究的基础上,以时间为序(考虑到法律翻译的特点,鸦片战争以前的内容亦略有涉及),比较详细地论述了我国近代法律翻译的几个时期,即近代法律翻译的肇始,洋务运动时期的法律翻译,以及变法修律时期的法律翻译。此外,对几位有影响的法律翻译者、近代法律(学)翻译对法制近代化、译学发展的影响也有涉及。
