| | | | | 跳出菜名译菜谱,食家了然最适度——从省长欢宴英女王菜谱的英译谈起 | | | 吴伟雄 | | | 本文从翻译的目的论和语用功能出发,结合翻译实践,探讨普遍适用于中式菜谱英译的方法,认为中式菜谱的翻译,要跳出菜名原文的表层语义,译出其语用真意,从而满足英语受众不同程度的信息需求。需要采用现实主义和浪漫主义结合的翻译方法的时候,必须考虑不同受众的心理因素,以求译文得体的可接受效果。
