| | | | | 新公共管理的兴起及其适用度分析 | | | 李腾;赵永行 | | | 新公共管理,作为不同于传统公共行政的一种新形式、新途径,开创了公共行政理论研究的新范式。但同时我们必须认识到,任何思想理论的产生及发挥作用都必须依赖于一定的社会土壤,如果人们一味地吹捧新公共管理模式,而不对其加以反思,必然会错置公共管理的核心价值。处于行政体制改革中的我国,必须用现实性的眼光理性的审视和借鉴西方的新公共管理理论,积极塑造具有适应性的公共行政管理模式。
