| | | | | 和谐社会的法治逻辑 | | | 李寿荣 | | | 和谐社会是人类的理想追求。人类农业文明之前的原始社会是在自然法則支配下的社会,人作为自然物的一员也是按照自然法则行事,物种间和谐有序。人定法的产生为维护社会秩序的稳定却打破了原始的自然和谐。面对社会的不和谐,党中央提出了加强法制建设,构建和谐社会的思路,法律这一调解工具必然在构建和谐社会中起关键作用。因此,加强法制建设对促进社会的和谐不仅具有重大意义,而且势在必行。
