| | | | | 瘦素受体基因Lys109Arg多态性与慢性肝病的关系 | | | 丁百静;朴云峰;关英慧;李静;祝尔健;王凯 | | | 目的探讨瘦素受体基因Lys109Arg多态性与慢性肝病及血清瘦素水平的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应及限制性片段长度多态性方法(PCR-RFLP)测定150例慢性肝病患者和89例对照组的瘦素受体Lys109Arg多态性的基因型,同时检测两组血清瘦素水平。结果慢性肝病组与对照组的瘦素受体Lys109Arg基因型频率及等位基因频率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);慢性肝病患者中慢性肝炎、肝硬化间基因型频率及等位基因频率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);慢性肝病患者中Arg109Arg基因型携带者的空腹血清瘦素水平较Lys109Arg基因型低(P<0.05)。结论瘦素受体Lys109Arg基因多态性与慢性肝病患者的空腹血清瘦素水平有关。
