2型糖尿病血管并发症是糖尿病患者的主要并发症,是2型糖尿病患者致死致残的主要原因。据统计,80%的2型糖尿病患者死于心血管疾病。50%新诊断的2型糖尿病患者已存在大血管病变。大量的研究表明,血管内皮功能异常是2型糖尿病患者血管并发症的始发因素[1]。因而,对2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能的研究显得非常必要。一、血管内皮细胞功能血管内皮细胞(EC)衬里血管内腔,充当循环血液与血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)之间的界面。除了其机械衬里作用外,EC在调节VSMC及血液成分细胞功能中发挥着很多重要的生物学功能。EC不再被认为是一种简单的屏障器官… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 |
