| | | | | 科技翻译研究:困境和对策 | | | 范武邱 | | | 在论文发表的数量上,近几年来科技翻译与文学翻译研究几可等量齐观,而在学术含量上,我们不得不承认,大多数有重要意义的翻译理论文章都是从文学翻译引发的。在译界许多学者倡导翻译研究"文化转向"的情景下,并不完全适于从文化视角切入的科技翻译研究面临着更为严峻的挑战。本文拟就科技翻译研究今后的发展提出自己的看法。

1引言2002年5月15日的《中华读书报》发表了两篇文章,一篇是“从一本译文不合格的译书谈科技翻译质量”(王鸣阳),另一篇是“科技翻译水平何以日趋下降?”(刘华杰)。两位科技翻译的前辈,痛心疾首对当前我国科技翻译的质量做了如下评析:近些年,中国科技翻译水平日趋下降是普遍现象,决不是个别图书翻译质量不高的问题,这应当引起管理部门的足够重视。这几年的中国科学文化出版物,可以说90%以上存在翻译问题。这两位科技翻译前辈还从一些权威出版机构的出版物中找出许多例证来证实科技翻译中问题的广泛存在。应该说,他们所揭示的这种状况与改革… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | EST Translation Study:Dilemma and Countermeasure | | | FAN Wuqiu | | | In recent years,the number of publications on EST translation and literal translation studies almost equates each other.In academic collection,we must accept the fact that most of the significant theoretical papers are inspired by literal translation.The condition in which many scholars advocate 'cultural turn' in translation studies may not be entirely suitable for EST translation which results in severe dilemma.This paper puts forward the author's personal perspective on EST translation's future development in this aspect.
