随着依法治国观念的深入以及我国成功地加入WTO,法律翻译显得日益重要,法律翻译研究的重要性也随之日益凸现。那么,法律翻译研究在我国(大陆地区)的现状如何呢?我们拟对该领域的研究成果进行系统收集梳理、归类分析,在总结成就的同时,指出现存的缺憾与进一步研究的合理空间,从而为这一领域的深层研究夯实依据,提供思路。刘润清、胡壮麟两位先生指出:“如果能够把众多的思维、目标、设计和收集材料的方法加以概括和分类,提炼出几条共同特点,建立一个有章可循的、前后一致的理论框架,就能使新研究者比较容易地找到自己的位置,明确自己的研究… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | Research on Legal Translation: Actuality and Future | | | LI Defeng and HU Mu | | | This article makes a critical review of research on legal translation published in the Chinese Mainland since 1980. Included in this study are 54 articles published in three key translation journals and some other language journals. It is found that research on legal translation has been gaining momentum in recent years, with the last five years witnessing a significant increase in the number of articles published on this topic. Most studied among them are topics such as theoretical considerations on legal translation, linguistic features of legal text, principles of legal translation, methods of legal translation, and translation of legal terms. While these studies have established a firm foundation for further research on legal translation, we should also be aware of the problems therein, e.g. little research on court translation/interpretation, lack of attention to research methodology in the study of legal translation, insufficient resources for teaching legal translation and lack of systematic study on this topic, etc. In this connection, recommendations are also put forward to solve these problems.
