| | | | | 德语公证合同的汉译 | | | 黎东良 | | | 在德国,按法律规定,买卖合同必须公证。要把这样的德语合同准确无误地译成汉语不是一件容易事,因为它不再是简单的语言问题,更涉及到德国法律。如果译者对德国法律一无所知,对英语一无所知,对国际贸易无基础性知识,要翻译与此相关的德语合同,就更困难了。本文从德语合同翻译中的缩略语与法律用语、翻译德语公证合同时必须吃透原文和德语公证合同的翻译与译者的素质三个方面来讨论这问题。
