| | | | | 用智力投资观解析教育“高”收费 | | | 朱学义;于泽 | | | 对教育收费的高低,可从多个角度评价。用智力投资"支出观"、"承受观"和"回报观"解析教育"高"收费,并从教育同经济社会发展的数据上考察教育收费,得出的结论是:我国教育收费基本上和我国生产力发展水平相适应,城镇居民有承受能力,但对于中西部地区和农村的部分居民偏高,国家为了这部分贫困大学生也能正常上学,应想方设法让其获得"国家助学贷款"。
