脓毒症是一种失控的、持久性炎症反应,是由感染因素诱发的全身性炎性反应综合征(SIRS)。基于这种认识,人们应用大量抗炎措施治疗脓毒症,虽然在动物实验中取得了一定的疗效,但是临床应用并没有收到明显的效果。失败的原因是多方面的,但主要原因是动物模型并不能完全反映临床病情改变,人们对于机体复杂的炎症与免疫反应本质认识不足。近年来,脓毒症免疫障碍机制的研究日益受到关注,其状态与脓毒症的发展及转归息息相关。在脓毒症的发生与发展过程中,机体的免疫状态并不是一成不变的。在受到严重创伤打击后,机体可能开始处于一种免疫激活状态… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 |
