| | | | | 从构建和谐社会的角度关注大学生就业歧视问题 | | | 马于军 | | | 大学生相对于其他群体而言,虽然不是弱势群体,但由于社会工作、生活经验等不足,在就业时遭受种种歧视,致使他们丧失了很多就业机会,因而不能分享应得的社会资源和利益,这就在客观上造成了他们与其他群体间交流、互动的隔阂,难以达成和谐状态。立足于和谐社会的构建,政府部门应转换职能,实施积极的政策引导,打破原来人才市场条条框框的限制,给用人单位和大学生创造一个宽松的、公平竞争的市场环境。
