| | | | | 阿昌族妇女的经期护理方式及其现代变迁 | | | 李金莲 | | | 云南西部阿昌族聚居的村寨普遍存在经血不洁等错误观念,阿昌族妇女由于月经禁忌的限制而采取的诸多不恰当的护理方式,极大地损害着她们的身心健康;另一方面,很多针对经期妇女的行为限制在客观上也有利于妇女的健康。在与经期病痛长期作斗争的过程中,阿昌族妇女在经期护理中积累了很多行之有效的地方性知识。改革开放以后,现代科学的经期护理方式逐渐被阿昌族年轻妇女所接受。

阿昌族集中分布于云南省西部地区属高黎贡山向西南逶迤延伸的余脉地带,主要聚居在陇川县的户撒阿昌族乡和梁河县的曩宋、九保两个阿昌族乡以及河西、杞木寨等地。此外在潞西市的高埂田、盈江县的盏达、龙陵县河头乡的芒达、腾冲县新华乡的小浦川和云龙县漕涧镇仁山村等地也有少量阿昌族分布。妇女承受着男人们不曾经历过的生理痛苦———月经,少数民族妇女在经受这些特殊的生理痛苦时条件更差,受助更少。月经是女性正常的生理现象,而少女从行经起便被打入“不洁”者的行列。如果说女人怀孕、分娩、抚养孩子等活动多多少少被承认为是一种对家… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | A Case Study on Achang Ethnic Women's Self-care of Menstruation and Its Changes in Western Yunnan of China | | | LI Jin-lian (Minority Nationalities Cultural Research Institute;Chuxiong Normal University;Chuxiong;Yunnan 675000) | | | This paper attempts to discuss the relation between the cognition to women's menstruation and the menstruation self-care of women from the perspective of village.Just in Achang ethnic village of western Yunnan,there are various kinds of menstruation taboos formed under the wrong views such like unclean menses.And because of the improper care owing to the menstruation taboos,the physical and mental health of the Achang ethnic women is impaired exceedingly until their menopause coming.On the other hand,objectively,some taboos about menstruation are beneficial for the women's health.In the process of struggling with the pains of menstruation,Achang ethnic women accumulated a lot of effectual knowledge about menstruation care.And now more and more scientific styles of menstruation care have been accepted by young women since the reform.
