| | | | | 对解决消费权益纠纷法律机制的思考 | | | 白雪飞 | | | 虽然我国已初步建立了一套消费者权益保护的法律体系,但在解决消费纠纷的法律机制上还存在着不足之处,应当通过改变消费者在消费权益纠纷中的被动地位,健全消费者协会的组织和功能、强化对消费者权益的行政保护、建立高效快捷的解决消费纠纷的诉讼或仲裁机制加以完善。
