| | | | | 网络环境下大学生法律意识培养的思考 | | | 刘颁 | | | 从1994年,我国正式成为接入国际互联网的国家以来,互联网已经成为人们生活中一个非常重要的公共空间,它是所有可被访问和利用的信息资源的集合。大学生在互联网的使用上走在了社会的前列,网络在为大学生提供了一个生活、学习和人际交往的全新平台的同时,也给大学生法律意识的培养和提高带来了不容忽视的消极影响,近年来大学生涉网犯罪案件不断增多,如何增强大学生的法律意识,抵御网络带来的负面影响成为了社会各界关心的问题。
