| | | | | 清代任职回避制度的历史社会学分析 | | | 赵玉青;李海明 | | | 任职回避制度是我国历史上一项行之有效的官吏管理制度。古代的回避制度主要是在官吏任用上,为了避开地域上的乡情关系和亲属间的舞弊嫌疑而特意实行的一种政治制度,法治的成长要从历史进程中吸取养分,站在社会关系的视角,对照古今,认真分析与总结“清代回避制度与现行公务员法中的回避制度”的异同,汲取精华,去其糟粕,对于更好的完善和执行现今的公务员法有着很大的裨益。
