| | | | | 建国初期民主党派党员增长缓慢的原因分析 | | | 苏进球;张雄 | | | 建国初期,民主党派的党员增长缓慢,跟民主党派的政治地位和作用并不相称。通过历史考查,认为原因有三:根本原因是民主党派的资产阶级阶级属性,基本原因是建国初开展的清理整顿和镇压反革命运动,重要原因是民主党派前途问题上的困惑。

中国共产党是我国的执政党,各民主党派是参政党。民主党派是建设社会主义的重要力量,其党员的发展,是其职能得到体现的保证。所以,进入新时期后,民主党派党员发展十分迅速,1979年恢复活动时是65000人,到1987年底近26万人[1]。而在建国初期,为革命和建设做出贡献的民主党派却发展缓慢,经过清理整顿后,民主党派只剩下了2万人,反右派斗争前,人数也不过8万[2]。强大而巩固的组织,是政党政策得以贯彻,纲领得以实现的保证,共产党是如此,民主党派也一样。民主党派党员增长缓慢,限制了他们团结社会力量、调动积极因素政治目标的实现,阻碍了他们参政… | | |  推荐 CAJ下载  PDF下载 | | | CAJViewer7.0阅读器支持所有CNKI文件格式，AdobeReader仅支持PDF格式 | | | | An Analysis on Party Members' Slow Growth of Democrat Parties in the Early Years of the Foundation of PRC | | | SU Jin-qiu;ZHANG Xiong(College of History and Culture;Xiangtan University;Xiangtan;Hunan 411105) | | | In the early years of foundation of PRC,democrat parties' members grow slowly,is not symmetric with democrat parties' political status and the function.Through the historical examination,this article states the reasons have three.The most important reason is about the quality of bourgeoisie social class of the democratic parties.The basic reason is the reorganization of the democrat parties and the suppressing anti-revolutionaries movement which happened in the early years of foundation of PRC.The important reason is the future confusion of the democrat parties.
