| | | | | 论师资障碍与寻求合理的代课教师解决途径——对西部农村代课教师问题的思考 | | | 袁建涛;冯文全;徐安兴 | | | 目前,西部农村师资存在的问题较为突出,存在素质不高、队伍不稳以及整体缺编的情况,严重影响着该地区教育教学质量的提高。在西部农村教师队伍中,代课教师占据着较大比例,落实和处理好代课教师问题,关系着师资体系的合理构建,关系着该地区教育的发展和农村的发展。对代课教师不能简单地采取“全部清退”的做法,应从质量和利益的角度出发,寻求合理的代课教师解决途径,从根本上促进西部农村教育的发展。
