| | | | | 解决“三农”问题的有效途径探讨——论乡村旅游的作用 | | | 陈国柱 | | | 如何解决“三农”问题是一项长期的复杂的工程,但解决“三农”问题必须跳出过去基于农村本身就“三农”论“三农”的研究思路,必须要有相应的产业作为依托。作为充分利用乡村自然环境和人文资源,兼有工业经济和农业经济特点的乡村旅游,是在解决“三农”问题的过程中可以依托的产业,并且大有可为。但在乡村旅游的发展过程中也要充分发挥政府的主导作用,以避免乡村旅游带来的一些消极因素。
