| | | | | 公共安全中城市社区居民的法制心理与法制教育 | | | 黄利生 | | | 加强城市社区居民的法制心理研究与教育,是推动公共安全管理体制改革和政府职能的转变的必然要求。城市社区居民在公共安全方面内在的心理表现出多元化特征和既有学习法律的自我要求、又易对法制教育产生逆反心理的矛盾心理。公共安全中外在的消极的行为主要表现为社区居民法律逃避、法律抵制和非理性法律抗争。对此,应加强法律信念、权利观念和正当程序观念的教育。
