| | | | | 简论大学新生的角色转变与综合素质的培养 | | | 吴海文 | | | 刚刚跨入大学的新生在学习、生活、人际交往和心理健康等方面面临着从中学到大学的角色转变与综合素质的培养.学生个人、学校、家庭等因素是这种不适应症产生的主要根源.根据大学生学习上要自觉、生活上要自理、管理上要自治、思想上要自我教育的特点,帮助新生面对新环境,转变旧习惯,逐步适应大学的学习和生活环境.同时要培养和提高大学生的综合素质,使他们成为通专结合、知识能力和素质并进、全面发展与个性发展相统一的人才.
