| | | | | 构建和谐社会的司法保障 | | | 李静 | | | 和谐社会需要司法来协调社会的整体利益,司法保障是构建和谐社会的根本性保障,但由于诸多现实因素的影响,致使司法保障的工作不尽完善。从构建和谐社会的需求出发,应塑造公正效率的现代司法理念,推进司法体制改革与创新,建立完善科学的司法运行程序,进行多方位的司法监督,强化基层司法机关建设。
